How to issue a card to a customer

Connect your SMS and Email services so you can send gift cards

You can issue gift cards to your customers by selecting them, clicking Card Issuance

and selecting the desired template.

Set the balance and expiration date for the gift card. If SMS or email senders are enabled, you can send a personalized installation link to your customers via SMS or email. Using variables allows you to customize the message.

You can schedule the message or send it immediately.

After issuing, the card will appear in the customer’s profile.

Click the customer’s name to open their profile.

This confirms that the card has been issued and the customer can now use it.
